My son and I were very pleased with the service here at the smile store. This was definitely a great experience for the both of us! The environment is so welcoming, along with being very patient with my son who was very nervous about getting braces. After asking about braces for myself, the staff was nice enough to get me through the process and I was also able to start my treatment the same day with my son. I am very pleased with the work here at the smile store and I highly recommend this dental office to anyone.

I've taken my children to quite a few dentists over the years. 1 or all have either complained about them being too rough or just not feeling comfortable and rushed. The smile store is the truth. I was a little skeptical at first to be honest. But when we walked in we were greeted like we belonged. Staff super friendly and professional. The establishment was greatly kept. So it was a no Brainer having them put my sons braces in. Great prices great offers. And they patiently sat down with us and went over various options until we figured out what worked best. I would definitely recommend and my son is very happy and looks forward to his new journey with you. Thank you smile store!

Update: I left their services due to the change from Smile Store. This new location is a dental assisting academy and the staff was not well prepared at all. I ended up cancelling my treatment with them and completed at another office in 2024. I really liked the Doctor but the change was really bad. Loved visiting this office! The staff was very nice and very helpful. I came for a consult and was in Ortho the same day! Can't wait for my results over the next 14 months.

Upon arrival the first person we had contact with was s young lady sitting at the desk in the front, she was extremely nice and helpful. Our consultation started with Denise, she was very nice, knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. They really made us feel at home and I'm glad we came today. I would definitely recommend the Smile Store because aside from their great prices, the staff is extremely friendly and the vibe here is amazing

From the very first time I stepped into The Smile Store office, I was met with a positive and upbeat attitude. The atmosphere in the office is very optimistic and bright. Each and every staff was very hospitable, professional and friendly. They are able to answer all orthodontic questions, which helps relieve some anxiety about getting braces or any other service they provide. If you are looking for an outstanding orthodontist, I highly recommend The Smile Store! They provide phenomenal orthodontic services, and I enjoyed all my appointments, which not a lot of people can say that about their orthodontic experiences elsewhere. However, at this place you are deemed to have a relaxing, professional and trustworthy experience. If I could 10 stars I would.
